Qualified Electrical Installation - Limitation of Liabilty

Except where to do so would cause any part of these Terms to be illegal, void or unenforceable, LEDemporium.com.au, its directors and/or employees:

- will not be held responsible or accept any such responsibility in relation to electrical installation or modification of any of any of its products or associated fittings purchased either through LEDemporium.com.au or any associated sale outlet. All electrical installations and modifications including any transformer installation, be it new LED transformer installations or changes from old equipment to new transformers and/or any T8 tube related ballast and starter modifications MUST be conducted by a qualified electrician - The installation method must adhere to Australian standards and lies solely the responsibility of the Electrical professional installing the equipment. Incorrect installation and/or modification of any LEDemporium.com.au supplied product can cause incorrect LED operation as well as serious harm possibly resulting in death to the person conducting the installation or modification. Incorrect electrical installation can cause electrical shorting and fire resulting in loss of property and/or life. Please make sure ALL electrical work is conducted by a Qualified Electrician who adheres to and accepts all responsibility for Australian Standards in electrical installations.

Online Store Shipping and Delivery Terms

LEDemporium.com.au dispatches goods both Australia wide and internationally. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of the purchase order being received and shipping times are estimated at between 7-10 business days depending on your location within Australia or overseas country and shipping method chosen. Shipping for Australian customers is free of charge.

Overseas customers need to contact us before ordering on the website. For overseas customers shipping costs are directly influenced by the size and weight of the product/s purchased and your location; exact shipping costs will be messaged to you as soon as possible. When overseas customers fail to contact us before ordering, we will not dispatch any of the items until additional shipping charges are received. In addition it can take up to 10 working days to process a refund.

Generally, Australia Post contractors deliver during business hours. We ship all our by registered post plus. If you will not be at the ship-to address at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a card in your mail box with instructions for collection at your nearest Australia Post Office.

If Australia Post is unable to deliver the parcel to you after 2 weeks, they will return the parcel to us at our expense. If the error was as a result of LEDemporium.com.au sending the parcel to the incorrect address or we have nominated an incorrect service and the parcel has been returned to us, we will immediately reship the parcel to your correct address free of charge.

If the parcel has been returned to us as a result of error or inaction on your part, then as a condition of us resending the parcel back to you, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges that we incur for the return of the parcel to us as a result of your error or inaction and further, the additional delivery costs to have the parcel reshipped to you at your nominated address.

-Error or inaction on your part may be, but is not limited to the following and is determined at the discretion of LEDemporium.com.au:

-You entering an incorrect or incomplete address (including omitting a company name where delivery is to a business address).

-You failing to claim the parcel for more than 2 weeks from date of the card notification in your mailbox advising you of attempted delivery.

If you opt to cancel the order as a result of the item being returned to us, we will provide you with a refund, less all shipping costs incurred and our restocking fee of 10% of the total order value.

All transactions processed through the LEDemporium.com.au online store are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST.

Online Store - Terms of Sale

All LED Lighting Products remain the property of LEDemporium.com.au until they have been fully paid for by you, the customer. We are not required to deliver any products to you until payment has been received in full. We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All warranties and representations are otherwise fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.

Product Availability

LEDemporium.com.au is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 7-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 4 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund and Exchange Policy

LEDemporium.com.au have gone to great lengths to ensure the LED light products are of the highest quality.

We offer full refunds or exchange for defective items only. If you have received the item in a damaged condition, please notify us within 5 days after receiving. Full refund only applies for defective items and we would like to see a photo of the item and the packaging materials.

We also offer 1 year full warranty on our lights after the date of purchase. To replace an item under warranty we do need the item(s) send back to us with original or equivalent to original, protective packaging. Postage to us is for the buyer. The new item we will send for free.
